A new generation of very lightweight and ergonomic 19" racks
The ClicTop® racks are a Rythmes & Sons innovation, patented in 2005. Designed and manufactured in Alsace (France) by Rythmes & Sons, they embody our commitment to continuous evolution and lightweight design.
In 2017, we developed this new ultra-lightweight rack range using composite materials. This innovation transforms the transport and protection of 19" equipment, being 30% lighter than wooden racks. The composite rack combines lightness, ergonomics, and cost-efficiency.
Designed for quick and easy setup, it meets the demands of installers and audio/sound service providers in the event industry.
The CLICTOP® Twin-wall panel body makes the rack even lighter.
The front and rear covers in polypropylene are removable, stackable, and nearly unbreakable. They offer optimal protection against shocks and frequent handling.
The ergonomic stainless steel latches with spring blades are easy to operate. The engraved opening instructions make handling even more intuitive. Developed by Rythmes & Sons, they provide proven reliability along with a smooth and secure opening/closing mechanism.
The recessed handles with a double return spring are made of plastic to ensure a comfortable grip while maintaining weight reduction. They automatically return to their flat position to prevent snagging during transport.
The stacking feet, located on both the top and bottom of the rack, allow for easy stacking of multiple racks while maintaining perfect stability during transport or storage.
Inside the rack, the 19" steel rack rails, positioned at the front and rear, provide a secure and adaptable mounting system. The square holes, compatible with M6 cage nuts (supplied), allow for a precise and secure installation of 19" devices, adapting to the needs of each user.
