This OPENROAD® 19" control unit is designed to provide optimal protection for professional audio and video equipment while ensuring smooth accessibility.
Constructed from 9 mm full birch plywood with an ultra-resistant black Hexagonal coating, it offers exceptional durability against impacts and scratches. The front features removable flat OPENROAD® lids for quick and secure access. At the rear, two hinged access panels with sliding latches facilitate easy connection and equipment access.
The interior layout includes a sliding table with a ball-bearing rail system in the upper section, specifically designed to accommodate a mixing console across the entire width. In the lower section, two compartments are equipped with 19" steel rack profiles at both the front and rear, offering a 12U capacity for secure and rigid equipment mounting.
This control unit combines protection, practicality, and ergonomics. Ideal for sound, lighting, and audiovisual professionals, it provides a reliable and durable solution for transporting and storing sensitive equipment.
